Please note that if an item has been used or if the 20 day return period has been exceeded, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to inspect their purchases carefully upon receipt to ensure they meet their expectations and ensure items are not faulty , as only faulty items are elgible.
Items that are requested to be returned due to sizing choice, are only eligible for an exchange for an item of the same value or a different size.
